We are seeking a Collision Estimator or Repair Planner to join our busy
Collision Center
Our ideal candidate is results driven with a pedigree for
continuous improvement. They have a
strong understanding of the repair process and have a proven track record for
maximizing repair orders while maintaining a balanced supplement ratio.
Successful candidates can expect to earn between $50,000 and
$80,000 annually, with a monthly incentive.

Job Duties:
- Examine vehicle damage and write accurate estimates for parts and work as required.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers, ensuring customer satisfaction is a priority.
- Work closely and collaborate with Insurance Partners, Technicians, and other team members to maximize efficiency, productivity and enhance the overall customer experience.
- Monitor and maintain quality standards for all repairs by collaborating with your team.
- Other duties as required.
Ideal Requirements:
- 2 years of Experience in Estimating or Repair Planning is preferred
- Detail-oriented and demonstrates superior quality in all work produced.
- Resourceful with a desire to learn and grow within the company.
- Exceptional communication and organizational skills.
- A team player with a positive attitude who is able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- High School Diploma and valid Driver’s License are required.
