We are seeking our next great team member to join our Service Department as an Express Service Consultant!  This is a permanent, full-time position, where candidates can expect to earn between $18 and $21 per hour, plus a monthly bonus.

As an Express Service Consultant, you'll be the friendly face that welcomes our Service Customers, guiding them through their basic vehicle maintenance needs. You'll act as the crucial link between our customers and Express Technicians, ensuring clear communication and recommending additional services or products to keep their vehicles running smoothly for longer.

• Greet customers in a prompt, courteous manner as they bring their vehicle in for an express service 
• Actively listen to customer needs in order to gather the nature of the visit, and to recommend any additional services
• Maintain customer rapport by explaining estimates and expected completion times
• Utilize our database management system to track and follow up with customers for future recommended repairs or maintenance
• Provide additional support in the Service Lane as needed

Requirements:

• Experienced background in customer service
• Strong written communication skills to accurately detail customer concerns in each work order
• Exceptional verbal communication skills to develop relationships and ensure customer loyalty
• Active listener with strong attention to detail
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Strong work ethic with a positive team attitude
• A valid driver’s license and completion of a satisfactory criminal background check
• Previous dealership experience is an asset, but not required
