Candidates can expect to earn $48,000 annually with the opportunity to earn more based on monthly incentives.

Job Duties:

• Meet with customers and prospective buyers - ask the right questions and listen carefully to understand their needs and wants and match them to a vehicle that best addresses their circumstances.
• Be the product knowledge expert - Know our products inside and out including product performance, the latest technology and warranty and finance options available.
• Provide our customers with an exceptional experience from first contact to after-sales follow-up
• Overcome objections and work with our General Manager to finalize the purchase
• Use technology to promote yourself and our vehicles and with the community via social media and other community involvement
• Source new and future customers and build your own loyal customer base
• Other duties as required.
