Fix Auto Salmon Arm is seeking a dynamic junior collision
Estimator to become a vital part of our busy Collision Centre! Working closely
with experienced Customer Service Representatives and Estimators, you will
receive hands-on experience by performing a wide array of duties, enabling you
to advance your career in the collision industry!
Candidates can expect to earn between $20 and $25 per hour,
depending on experience.

Job Duties:
- Assist customers in person, over the phone, and through e-mail and provide information on where their vehicle is at in the repair processes.
- Complete booking for estimates and vehicle repair.
- Effectively support front office operations and various departments in the collection centre.
- Assist estimators by taking pictures of damaged vehicles.
- Work with the estimator to learn how to assess vehicle damage and write complete estimates.
- Deliver vehicle repairs to customers.
Ideal Requirements:
- Experience in private or public insurance or the automotive industry is required.
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills with the ability to provide service that is fast, easy, caring, right and clear.
- Superior interpersonal skills with the ability to adapt your approach to different personalities.
- Resourceful with a desire to learn and grow within the company.
- A team player with a positive attitude who is able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- High School Diploma and a valid Driver’s License are required.
