Estimators who work with us can expect to earn an annual salary between $50,000 and $70,000 plus monthly incentives!

Reporting to the Location Manager, the successful candidate will be expected to lead customers through the vehicle repair process by examining damaged vehicles, taking pictures of all affected body areas, writing accurate estimates, and working with our customers to ensure customer satisfaction.

Ideal Requirements:

• 3 to 5 years’ experience as an Estimator or Repair Planner
• Process-oriented with a continuous improvement pedigree
• Results-driven with exceptional organization and execution skills.
• A team player committed to collaboration with leadership and teammates.
• Valid Driver’s License
