Estimators like YOU to join our team!
Experienced estimators who work with us can expect to earn
an annual salary between $45,000 and $50,000 plus monthly incentives!
Reporting to the Location Manager, the successful candidate
will be expected to lead customers through the vehicle repair process by
examining damaged vehicles, taking pictures of all affected body areas, writing
accurate estimates, and working with our customers to ensure customer
satisfaction.

Our Ideal Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in estimating is preferred.
- We will consider and train candidates with a background in %the collision industry, insurance or automotive parts.
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills with the ability to provide service that is fast, easy, caring, right and clear.
- Superior interpersonal skills with the ability to adapt your approach to quickly develop rapport with people.
- The ability to make decisions and use sound judgment.
- Results-driven with exceptional planning, organization and execution skills.
- A team player with a positive attitude who is able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- A high school diploma and a valid Driver’s License
