Collision Centre Trainee (Jr. Estimator)

Fix Auto in Lethbridge is seeking a Collision Centre Trainee (Jr. Estimator) to join our team! This is a full-time, permanent position where you will work Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. 

No experience?  No problem!  Our team of experienced Estimators will teach you all you need to know and support you in becoming a well-rounded estimator!

 Working closely with experienced Estimators, you will perform a wide array of duties, and you will learn how the collision center runs. Our ideal candidate will be an individual looking to start their career in the collision industry and who is eager to learn and grow in our business.

Job Duties:

• Greet and assist customers as they enter the collision centre.
• Support the Estimator by taking pictures of damage on vehicles.
• Work closely with estimators to learn how to assess vehicle damage and write complete estimates using Claim Eezy, Audetex and Mitchell.
• Communicate and collaborate with the Estimator and other internal departments to ensure information and repair orders are completed accurately.
• Have repair orders ready to be closed before the customer arrives, check for any special instructions and verify they have been completed.
• Other duties as required.

• Proficient in using computers and able to catch on to different software programs quickly.
