Bridge City Chrysler has an exciting career opportunity for an experienced and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Parts Technician.
Reporting to the Parts Manager, the Parts Technician is responsible for selling parts to internal and external customers, over the counter, through the shop or over the phone. In this role, you will work Monday through Friday and you will work rotational Saturdays.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assists all customers (retail and shop) in selecting and locating required parts in a friendly, professional and efficient manner
- Order parts and provide information regarding parts, including their function, prices, application, and warranty
- Inform customers of companion part requirements and specials and ensure that the customer is exposed to the full product line
- Maintain effective communication with other departments/individuals in the dealership; keeping them informed of the status of back-ordered or special order parts
- Assist in conducting regular inventory counts
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers ensuring customer satisfaction is a priority
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and decision-making skills
- Ability to work independently as a part of a team; managing multiple priorities in a busy environment
- A minimum of 2 years of previous parts experience in a parts department or automotive environment is preferred – bonus points for previous Chrysler experience
- Red Seal Parts Certification is considered an asset
